Founder & Managing Director
Hector is a thought leader in both inbound and outbound marketing and is passionate about marketing delivering measurable value to drive a company’s growth.
He worked in television in his twenties and still enjoys the creative side of marketing and in particular the power of video. He is also a technologist who immerses himself in new marketing technologies and techniques. He has experience of SalesForce, Marketo and Eloqua and is Hubspot qualified. He joined Martrain in 2005, took over the agency in 2010 and launched otto in 2015.
When he is not spending time with his kids and dogs you may find him on a squash court, doing yoga or down the pub!
Head of Design
Steve leads the design team at otto. He is a specialist in Growth Driven Design and certified for the Hubpot COS. He has a Masters in Graphic Design and can also code. So whether you website is on WordPress, Drupal or another CMS he can turn it into a lead generation machine.
In his spare time he designs his own apps and tries to improve his tennis.
