Our training services are designed to improve inter-departmental cooperation and the capability and performance of people working in internal sales, service and technical support teams. We tailor courses for you by taking time to understand your overall business imperatives and the individual learning needs of participants. Our portfolio cover internal sales training, customer services training and CRM training programmes.

Occasionally we find that our training programmes are a partial solution to wider organisational issues. For this reason we provide a broader consultancy service in customer-centred business change, particularly where that change affects the customer relationship and where there is a need for you to involve staff in making change sustainable.

Martrains client base comprises a broad spectrum of organisation from large international enterprises to independent small & medium sized businesses. Programmes across our Training and Business Change services are predominantly delivered on client site, and range from large programmes covering 200-300 people to more intimate courses with 3-5 individuals.
