message for our internal sales, customer service and CRM training
Delegates training Delegates.
When attending
a new training course most of us feel a little apprehensive. That
is natural reaction and is actually a very positive learning state.
I would like to reassure you that we will not ask you to do anything
that would make you feel uncomfortable, nor will we deliberately
embarrass you in any way. We will however ask you to stretch,
to try a few things that perhaps are new and to look at some familiar
things in different ways.
Our aim is to help you to express yourself more
fully, and confidently, in whatever area you work, be it sales,
customer service, telesales or back office. We believe that if
individuals in a company are more confident about their skills
and abilities then the company as a whole will build better relationships
with customers and win more business.
We also appreciate that to do your job you need
supportive systems and procedures as well as co-operation from
colleagues and other departments. During the workshop we actively
encourage you to make positive suggestions for change and make
sure that these suggestions are fed back to the Senior Management
team.
