SevenThree are a reseller formed by a management
team from an ERP software background. The company sells the Pivotal
CRM solution into manufacturing & distribution industries.
The Technology
Pivotal CRM is a software application that tracks, captures and
consolidates all customer data. It enables customer-facing employees
in sales, marketing, and customer service and support to more effectively
manage relationships with customers and partners - and ultimately
increase revenue and profit per customer.
The Challenge
Generate qualified sales leads from cold for a new sales force.
Because the company is newly formed there is little track record
around which to build a campaign. Target is to generate ten sales
leads.
The Solution
A lead generation campaign is designed to follow up a mailing. Key
decision makers in 250 companies targeted are IT Directors, Sales
Directors, and Customer Service Directors.
The Result
From the companies targeted 14 sales leads are generated, in addition
26 companies are flagged for a future call, and 30 ask for information.

The sales team are extremely pleased with the quality of leads that
not only describe the opportunity in detail but also give background
