Our client is a leading provider of extended
ERP solutions for global enterprises. The company's integrated CRM
suite is driven by real-time intelligence to enable global businesses
to better understand their customers and take the optimal action
to improve customer satisfaction, increase revenue and reduce costs.
The solution integrates and manages information from existing front-and-back-office
systems, third-party data, and other sources, turning every piece
of enterprise-wide information into focused customer knowledge.
With over 50 locations worldwide our client’s product offerings
are used by approximately 13,000 active customers in over 90 countries.
For five consecutive years our client’s customers have won
the Gartner CRM Excellence Award.
The Challenge
The overall objective of the project was to identify CRM opportunities
for both real time marketing and campaign management within a selection
of 25 industry leaders from the Telco, Financial Services and Travel
and Leisure sectors. Target individuals included Head of Marketing
Strategy, Head of Direct Sales Channels, Head of On-Line Marketing,
Customer Insight Director, CIO, Customer Services Director and the
Call Centre Director where applicable.
The Result
The campaign produced 6 immediate meeting requests with short term
requirements and 10 expressions of active interest for the medium
to long term.
