Turning
CRM Theory into Practice
The CRM Manager Workshop is an opportunity to
discuss and align the business objectives underpinning the CRM
project, clarify the specific benefits being sought, review the
business case and ROI, and understand what the CRM project will
mean practically to each department. The end result is a consensus
on what the system will do, what is required to realise the benefits
and an increased sense of ownership amongst key management stakeholders.
Example of workshop content:
- Definition of CRM
- CRM as a business philosophy
- Why some CRM projects fail
- What are the business’s objectives?
Are these realistic?
- What is the business case – where will
the benefits come from?
- How can ROI be calculated?
- What will be the day to day impact of the
new way of working?
- What structures need to be in place to ensure
success?
- Who will be the project champion and how
will responsibilities be shared?
Prior to the CRM manager workshop Martrain will
carry out site visits and telephone interviews to gain a first
hand understanding of the business. Martrain will support key
managers to make a presentation at the workshop on the benefits
for CRM in their area.
